Recently, we ventured off to one of the nations’ premier skiing destinations; Park City, Utah a destination for skiers of all ages. Deer Valley Mountain is well known for the unique alpine experience with some of the most progressive long terrain, world-class grooming and breath-taking views. To help make the most of our ski vacation, Deer Valley limits the number of lift tickets sold each day, so make sure to purchase tickets prior to arrival to guarantee access. Skiing is not the only way to enjoy the snow; you can also try dogsledding, snowmobiling or tubing.
During our stay, we enjoyed the luxurious amenities of the Montage Deer Valley. An authentic yet refined mountain lodge located less than five minutes from Park City’s Main Street, it offers ski‐in/ski‐out access to the slopes and the largest spa in Utah, along with many dining options.
Park City is a great destination for film lovers as it is home to the Sundance Film Festival, where some of the most innovative and touching independent films of each year are premiered from January thru February. With a rich silver mining history, the town has maintained quite a bit of that charm including the High West Distillery & Saloon, which has been here since 1870, and the Victorian architecture of the old mining cabins on its infamous Historic Main Street which are a truly unique sight to behold.
